At this time, Qinzuo ships only within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be processed.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes and discounts.

Our current shipping rates are:

  • Orders of US$15.00 or more
    • Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders below US$15.00
    • Flat Shipping Fee: US$8.00

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

3. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

Orders are processed only on business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak shopping seasons, promotional events, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
